{"id":712,"date":"2022-05-27T14:17:14","date_gmt":"2022-05-27T19:17:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.yovilsa.com\/?p=712"},"modified":"2022-05-27T14:17:14","modified_gmt":"2022-05-27T19:17:14","slug":"boletin-86-2022","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.yovilsa.com\/index.php\/es\/2022\/05\/27\/boletin-86-2022\/","title":{"rendered":"Bolet\u00edn 86-2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Bolet\u00edn &#8211;<\/span> Tema: \u00abSocializaci\u00f3n del Proyecto de Resoluci\u00f3n del \u201cREGLAMENTO PARA LA FACILITACI\u00d3N DE LA AUTORIZACI\u00d3N Y RENOVACI\u00d3N DE OPERADORES DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR\u201d.\u00bb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Se pone en conocimiento de los Operadores de Comercio Exterior \u2013 OCES y ciudadan\u00eda en general, que en cumplimento a lo dispuesto en el Acuerdo de Facilitaci\u00f3n de Comercio, la Ley Org\u00e1nica para la Optimizaci\u00f3n y Eficiencia de Tr\u00e1mites Administrativos, el Decreto Ejecutivo Nro. 1204-2020 y el Decreto Ejecutivo Nro. 68-2021, se somete a consulta p\u00fablica el proyecto normativo denominado: \u00abREGLAMENTO PARA LA FACILITACI\u00d3N DE LA AUTORIZACI\u00d3N Y RENOVACI\u00d3N DE OPERADORES DE COMERCIO EXTERIOR\u00bb\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aduana.gob.ec\/gacnorm\/data\/2022\/05\/26\/17\/RE_Reglamento_Facilitacion_Autorizacion_Renovacion_OCE.pdf\">(Descargar)<\/a>, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n sus Anexos: Formulario Operador de Comercio Exterior\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aduana.gob.ec\/gacnorm\/data\/2022\/05\/26\/17\/Formulario_Operador_de_Comercio_Exterior.docx\">(Descargar)<\/a>\u00a0y Requisitos_OCES_G1\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.aduana.gob.ec\/gacnorm\/data\/2022\/05\/26\/17\/Requisitos_OCES_G1.xls\">(Descargar)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>El referido proyecto est\u00e1 identificado con el n\u00famero PR-00011-2022 y se encuentra disponible para su revisi\u00f3n desde el 27 de mayo de 2022 hasta el 23 de junio del 2022, dicha revisi\u00f3n la puede efectuar en la Biblioteca Aduanera del Servicio Nacional de Aduana del Ecuador, en la secci\u00f3n de \u201cProyectos Normativos\u201d (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.aduana.gob.ec\/biblioteca-aduanera\/proyectos-normativos\/\">www.aduana.gob.ec\/biblioteca-aduanera\/proyectos-normativos\/<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>Para realizar comentarios al mencionado proyecto normativo, debe \u201cIniciar Sesi\u00f3n\u201d, considerando lo siguiente:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2013 Si est\u00e1 registrado en Ecuapass, dar click en \u00abIniciar Sesi\u00f3n\u00bb, ingresando usuario y contrase\u00f1a Ecuapass.<\/li>\n<li>\u2013 Si no est\u00e1 registrado en Ecuapass, dar click en \u00abRegistrar\u00bb. Una vez registrado, dar click en \u00abIniciar Sesi\u00f3n\u00bb, ingresando su n\u00famero de c\u00e9dula y contrase\u00f1a.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cabe mencionar que para realizar comentarios al Anexo 1, \u00abFormulario Operador de Comercio Exterior\u00bb,\u00a0debe realizarse en el Art\u00edculo 6 y para\u00a0realizar comentarios al Anexo 2, \u00abFormulario Operador de Comercio Exterior\u00bb, debe realizarse en el Art\u00edculo 7 de la referida resoluci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente, se indica que las observaciones que se recepten de manera extempor\u00e1nea al t\u00e9rmino establecido, no ser\u00e1n consideradas para el an\u00e1lisis.<\/p>\n<p>\u00bfDeseas trabajar con nosotros?
